We are so sorry that you have not been able to log on successfully.
The Rubber Chicken Cards website server has direct access to our membership database and thousands of log-ins are verified successfully every day, so if, when you log on, you get the message displayed above, the reason is that our records of your e-mail address and password are not the same as the ones you are entering.
There are a number of possible explanations for this - please check through this list and see if any of these might apply in your case.
You may be entering your email address incorrectly. It's surprising how often people make simple typing mistakes. Here are a few common examples:
Entering "www" at the beginning of the address - "www" is for websites, not email addresses!
Entering the letter O instead of the number zero, or vice-versa
Entering the letter i or lower-case L instead of the number 1, or vice-versa
Some web browsers will automatically fill in data based on the last entries you made into the same form. But the browser doesn't know whether it's right or wrong - it just knows what you typed last time. So if when you try to log on you see that either your email address or your password has been automatically filled in for you, then use your Backspace or Delete keys to completely erase both entries, and then retype them both from scratch.
You might have used a different email address when you joined us. Maybe you have another address - a free Hotmail or Yahoo! address, perhaps? Try any alternative addresses you have in case one of them is the one we have on our files.
You may be entering your address correctly now, but typed it incorrectly when you first joined. Do you remember ever receiving a membership confirmation email from us? If you didn't receive one then it may be because the email address you gave us was wrong.
If you tried to log on but are seeing the prompt displayed above there are two boxes displayed that allow you to attempt to log in successfully. If any of the above solutions do not work you may
