I didn't receive an email that my card was sent

Check your spam folder and be sure that it is set to allow mail from
rubberchickencards.com. E-mail confirmations go to the e-mail address on your rubberchickencards.com membership account.

Is the e-mail you are checking for the “rubberchickencards sent confirmation” the same e-mail registered in your
rubberchickencards account?

To check the e-mail address on your account:

Go to the Account Control Center at the top of the MY ACCOUNT page.

Click on Personal Information.  It is here that you will be able to double-check your e-mail account information.
