For most people, when they bought a subscription, they saw the following language before they gave their credit information:
Please select your payment method below. You will NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE 10 DAY TRIAL IS OVER. You may contact us to request a cancellation at any time during the 10 day trial. If we don't hear from you, we'll continue your subscription at $19.95 without interruption.
Also, as posted: ALL memberships are set to auto renew unless otherwise, requested by member at the onset or during your membership. If this occurs and you have changed your mind or did not read these terms then we allow a 30 day window after renewal for refund request. PLEASE NOTE: You are asked to read these terms upon enrollment. They are binding, and provided to your charge company as evidence of your compliance and pre-authorization of renewal. We will provide your charge company with these terms in cases of dispute. Please, do not enroll if you do not agree to these terms.
If you go to the renewal section or the free trial or any of signup pages you will see the same language very clearly. If you still feel that you were mistreated in any way, please call the following number so that we can try to clarify it together.
