How do I cancel my subscription/membership?

Now we just know that you will love our cards, benefits and service sooooo much that even if you are visiting this page, we are confident that you will reconsider. If, however, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with our service, please do the following:
Log in with your username and password
Go to "My Account" (you can see it on the top banner)
Go to "Personal Information" right under the top banner
There will be a link that says "Cancel Subscription." Follow the simple instructions.
Our cancellation policy is the following: You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. For example, if you are on monthly payments and you cancel on the 2nd of the month, you will have already been billed for that month. The following month you will not be billed. We do not honor pro-rated cancellations.
If you have trouble cancelling please e-mail us or call us at 877-879-5303 and we will take you out of the system.

If you are on one of our occasional Free Trial programs, follow the same instructions above.
